Reaching Out - St. Martin's Outreach Newsletter

Lighthouse

The material in Reaching Out (by our Outreach minister, Darren Wooff) describes how we do social justice at St. Martin’s. The Outreach Committee urge you to read it!
Printed copies are also available at the church.
We want to be very clear that the Outreach Committee are certainly not the only committee, group or individuals who do outreach in our church .
Just think of the junior youth group with their scarf project, the work of the UCW, the Affirming Action Committee, Change for Change, etc.
Commitment for social justice is alive and well at St. Martin’s!

Retiring Offering

Advent tree

Although the main collection is taken the first Sunday of each month, we do accept donations at any time and all of the donations we collect are matched by PotashCorp at the end of 2018. Thank you for supporting the Food Bank and Learning Center to continue providing support, education, and nutritious food for those in our community.

Food Bank Offering - THANK-YOU

Advent tree

You have made an amazing donation to the Saskatoon Food Bank!
The retiring offering donations for this year totaled $6793.70.
The donation to “Change for Change” last Sunday was $449.90.
The choir has made a donation of $440.00.

All of these donations together total $7683.60.
Once again donations to the Food Bank are being matched by PotashCorp
so you have provided $15367.20 to the Food Bank this year.
Well done, St. Martin’s!
