Outreach is an important part of life at St. Martin’s!
The Outreach Committee provides information to the congregation about social justice concerns and needs in the local and wider communities and organizes opportunities for the congregation to respond to those needs.
Outreach welcomes new ideas and new members!

Our ongoing programs:
We collect financial donations for the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre on the first Sunday of every month as well as providing collection bins for food and clothing donations.
We provide volunteers for ICM’s “Chop and Chat”, a weekly lunch for residents of the core community.
St. Martin’s gives 10% of our congregational offering to Mission and Service.
“Change for Change” is a monthly program where the congregation is invited to donate their change to a project chosen by the youth in the congregation.
We host and support the Seniors’ Hub Club at St. Martin’s, a monthly program for seniors 55 and over.
We are a strong supporter of River Bend Integrated Community Ministries (ICM). This is the United Church Outreach and Social Justice Ministry for Saskatoon and area.
We organize speakers on topics of interest and concern to the congregation.
We provide settlement assistance to refugees & permanent residents.
